Probability paradoxes

A paradox in probability is rarely a contradiction. It is a correct answer that keeps feeling wrong, usually because intuition is quietly solving an easier question than the one asked.

These clips show the counting rather than the formula, because the counting is what eventually convinces. Several use calculated rather than measured figures — arithmetic, not a survey — and each says so on its page.
